- Description
- The City of Parlier intends to construct a water treatment system designed to remove 1,2,3-Trichloropropane (TCP) from the water system due to levels above State Water Board maximum permitted levels. This includes construction and installation of treatment trains, connecting pipelines, and related equipment. The project will occur on the existing water distribution system. The Addendum was prepared to address minor changes that were made to the project description after the MND was adopted by the City in May of 2019. The Addendum addresses installation and operation of an additional TCP treatment facility at Well #8 (Location 4) in the City as well as the addition of approximately 300 feet of pipeline that will be installed from South Milton Avenue to the proposed TCP treatment facility located north of Well #2A.
