- The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed· Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-02405-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Ray Losee. The project is limited to the permitting of two existing driveway culverts (Table 1). Culvert 1 was installed in 2003 consisting of a 4-feet by 20-feet steel culvert and enough rock to set In sides and provide a 2-feet by 15-feet surface across the top, Culvert 2 was installed in 2003 consisting of a 3-feet by 20-feet steer culvert and enough rock to set In sides and provide a 2-feet by 16-feet surface across the top.
