Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed· Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-02405-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Ray Losee.
The project is limited to the permitting of two existing driveway culverts (Table 1). Culvert 1 was installed in 2003 consisting of a 4-feet by 20-feet steel culvert and enough rock to set In sides and provide a 2-feet by 15-feet surface across the top, Culvert 2 was installed in 2003 consisting of a 3-feet by 20-feet steer culvert and enough rock to set In sides and provide a 2-feet by 16-feet surface across the top.

The project permits existing stream crossings. There would be no significant
adverse Impact on endangered, rare or threatened species or their habitat pursuant to section 15085. There are no hazardous materials at or around the project site that may be disturbed or removed. The project would not constitute an expansion of use.
