- Conditional Use Permit for Tierra Rejada Ranch, Case No. PL16-0030
- The site is accessed off of Sunset Valley Road via an access easement from the northwest. The temporary outdoor events are authorized to occur on the existing approx. 4.8-acre event area located on APN 500-0-410-355 as described below. The temporary outdoor events are not authorized to occur on the remaining two parcels of the legal lot located to the south. Event Area, Structures and Facilities: The authorized existing temporary outdoor event area is an approx. 4.8 acre area on the northernmost parcel (APN 500-0-410-355) of the three parcels that comprise the legal lot. This area includes walnut trees, an existing concrete/stone/brick patio area with a stage and fireplace, grass areas and walkways, an approx. 150 sq. ft. dressing room, men's and women's Catering/Food Truck: Food and beverage service will be provided by licensed catering or food truck services. Bottled water and other beverages will be provided to attendees during the temporary outdoor events. Security: The permittee will provide sufficient security personnel to ensure onsite security during the vents with a minimum of two staff per event. The permit term is 30 years.
