Document Description
The existing temporary outdoor event area is an approx 4.8-acre acre on the northernmost parcel of the 3 parcel that comprise the legal lot. This area includes walnut trees, an existing concrete/stone/brick patio area with a stage and fireplace, grass areas and walkways, an approx 150 sf dressing room, men's and women's restrooms, and a separate, stand alone, portable handicap restroom unit. As needed, additional portable restrooms and hand washing stations will continue to be made available during temporary outdoor events. Three cargo containers used for storage are also located on the site. Additionally, the project includes the legalization of an existing lattice shade pergola, along with the extension of patio/brick pavers of approx the same square footage under the shade pergola, that, in addition to other uses associated with the ag uses on the site, will be utilized during the temporary outdoor events. The area also includes the existing grass parking area in the southwestern corner of the site which provides 190 parking spaces and would continue to be utilized. No parking will occur on Sunset Valley Road.
