Note: Supplemental MND The applicant requests that a modification of a CUP be granted to authorize the construction and implementation of the Thacher School Master Plan subject to new Case No.: CUP PL 18-0034 for a 10-year build-out of 15 projects and a 30-year operational extension. This CUP is covered under the Ventura County Non-Coastal Zoning Ordinance (NCZO) Section 8105-4 for Schools, elementary and secondary (boarding and non-boarding) and 8107-25.7 for a Discretionary Tree Permit for the encroachment and monitoring of more than five protected trees.
