Document Description
The applicant requests that a modification of a CUP be granted to authorize the construction of a new one-story plus basement dining hall and kitchen building (approx 14,650 gsf) to replace the existing Hill Dining hall and kitchen. The new dining hall will have seating that accommodates up to 300 people on a daily basis with additional seating available on the outdoor terrace. Removal of two existing six tennis courts to accommodate the new building. Removal of seven protected trees and planting of new trees as mitigation. Decommission the interior of the existing kitchen at the Hills Dining building upon completion of the new dining hall project.
