The project applicant has submitted a vesting tentative subdivision map which contains a lot layout plan, preliminary utility layout plan, preliminary grading and drainage plan, existing easements plan, and a preliminary tree removal plan. The proposed project would require a rezone from residential estate to planned development-low density residential.
