The project includes a rezone and a vesting tentative subdivision Map that would facilitate the development of 81 single family residential units on approx 19.7 acres located southwest of the Nicolaus Rd and Joiner Parkway intersection. The project applicant has submitted a vesting tentative subdivision map which contains a lot layout plan, preliminary utility layout plan, preliminary grading and drainage plan, existing easements plan, and a preliminary tree removal plan. The proposed project would require a rezone from residential estate to planned development-low density residential.
