Description

The Central Valley RWQCB is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject project. The Project will widen each vehicle lane to 11 feet wide, add 6 foot-wide bike lanes along shoulders, and create 1 foot wide shoulder backing. Existing roadside ditches will be relocated to between 5 and 10 feet away from their current position to accommodate expanded lane widths and shoulders.
