Document Description
Rehabilitate and improve Waterman Rd. between Bond Rd. and Sheldon Rd by resurfacing and widening existing lanes to meet current City rural road design standards. Project will widen each vehicle lane to 11 feet wide, add 6 foot-wide bike lanes along shoulders, and create 1 foot wide shoulder backing. Existing roadside ditches will be relocated to between 5 and 10 feet away from their current position, to accommodate expanded lane widths and shoulders. Project will connect to existing roundabout at the intersection of Sheldon Road and Waterman Road.
