Description

CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0485-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Ngoc Nguyen/Santa Clara Valley Water District. The project includes raising the existing Lower Silver Creek levee, constructing a new concrete floodwall near Flint Creek and a small portion of Lower Silver creek, regrading small portions of trial adjacent to the lake, relocating the park's trash compactor and green waste collection area, realigning the pedestrian pathway and entrance on the northeast portion of LCP, and removing five non-native trees.
