Title: Livingston Water System Improvement Project
Description: The State Water Resources Control Board is a responsible agency for this project. City intends to construct and operate a water treatment plant to reduce 1, 2, 3-TCP levels in wells #14 and #16 and a pipeline connecting to the city's existing water distribution system. Construction is anticipated to start in August 2018 and finish in August 2019. Existing water service will not be impacted during construction.
