Title: Mission Trail Apartments Project
Description: The CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0145-R6 (Revision 2), pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Todd Cottle. The Mission Trails Project includes the construction of four residential buildings, resident/visitor parking, a leasing/management office, a community center, on-site laundry facility, active and passive open spaces, a maintenance garage, and a 0.35 acre storm water discharge and energy dissipation basin. Fill for the development will be excavated from a borrow site adjacent to the Lake Elsinore-San Jacinto River inlet channel.
