Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has amended the Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (1600-2017-0145-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Mission Trail LE, LP as represented by Todd Cottle. The project has been amended to update the compensatory mitigation section. Permittee shall mitigate development site impacts to 3.09 acres of lakebed and 0.27 acres of streambed and riparian resources through the enhancement of 3.90 acres of habitat and preservation of no less than 8.91 acres of habitat in the back basin of Lake Elsinore. Proof of transfer shall be submitted to CDFW six (6) months from signature of this amendment.
