Description: CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0332-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Teichert Land Company. Project is limited to the construction of a stormwater pipe and outfall structure to convey stormwater drainage from a residential development under railroad track sand into downstream willow Creek. The terminus of the pipe would incorporate a cast-in-place box that will serve as an energy-dissipating structure.
