general industrial, planned development district/industrial, office park
The applicant, Stonebridge Properties, is proposing to develop a 35-unit, single family residential subdivision, which would include 0.90-acre of open space. It is anticipated that homes constructed on the site would be two stories and would range from approx 2,200 to 3,000 sf. The project would include one full access driveway and one emergency vehicle access only driveway, both located on the south side of Levy Rd. The project applicant is requesting a general plan amendment to change land use designation on the project site from IND to SF, a rezone from M-2 PD to R-1-M PD, a tentative subdivision map, and a planned development permit.
