Title: Regulation to Establish the Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) for 1,2,3-TCP
Description: The proposed project consists of the SWRCB adopting and implementing a regulation that establishes an MCL (also referred to as a drinking water standard) for 1, 2, 3-TCP in drinking water provided by public water systems in CA. The MCL will be applicable statewide and would reduce the risk of cancer potentially caused by ingestion and inhalation of 1,2,3-TCP.
