Bishop Paiute Casino Project - Tribal Environmental Assessment

Description

The Tribe proposes to renovate the existing Paiute Palace Casino and expand the facilities. The proposed project would consist of the modernization of the 15,210 sf existing Casino and the addition of 22,360 sf of new construction. The expansion area would contain a total of 500 slot machines, of which 349 are class III and 151 are class II machines, as well as card and table games. The Casino expansion would include a new 75 seat restaurant and a 75 seat bar area. In addition to the expansion, the existing Casino would be modernized and remodeled to include a 150 seat conference hall, newly upgraded offices, and additional service and employee use areas, as well as site improvements for new parking, improved site circulation, new sidewalks, and the relocation of existing site utilities.
