Document Description
The revised project now consists of the modernization of the 15,120 square Casino and the addition of 28,800 square feet of new construction. The expansion increased will still include a total of 500 slot machines, of which 349 are class Ill and 151 are class II machines, as well as card and table games. The Casino expansion will now include a new 85-seat restaurant and a 70-seat bar area. In addition to the
expansion, the Casino would still be modernized and remodeled to include an approximately 180 seat conference hall, newly upgraded offices, and additional service and employee use areas. The revised Proposed Project would continue to consist of site improvements for new parking for up to 140 spaces, improved site circulation, new sidewalks along the western perimeter of the Casino, and the relocation of existing site utilities.
