Administrative Site Plan No. 18-019 is an approval to reduce the sizes of the two (2) warehouse buildings that were previously approved under Master Case (MCN 15-089, including General Plan Amendment (GPA No. 15-006), Zone Change (ZC No. 16-003), Specific Plan Amendment (SPA No. 16-002), Design Review (DR No. 15-017), Tentative Parcel Map 19711 (TPM No. 15-010), Development Agreement (DA No. 16-005) and Final Environmental Impact Report. These actions were approved by the Fontana City Council on January 23 and February 13, 2018. ASP No. 18-019 would reduce the size of Building No. 1 (10985 Oleander Avenue) from approx. 560,564 to 508,002 sq. ft. Building No. 1 will function as a speculative warehouse. ASP No. 18-019 would reduce the size of Building No. 2 (11263 Oleander Avenue) from approx. 1,068,372 to 615,971 sq. ft. Building No. 2 will operate as a receiving center that receives products in large, bulk pallets, which will be broken into individual products and delivered to distribution centers. The two (2) buildings associated with ASP No. 18-019 combine for a total of 1,123,973 sq. ft. of area and are located on a site that is approx. 73.3 acres located at 10985 and 11263 Oleander Avenue.
