The project includes up to 290 high density residential units, 975 low density residential units, up to 13 acres of general commercial uses (anticipated to provide up to approx. 237,838 sq. ft. of commercial uses), approx. 16.06 acres of parkland, and maintain approx. 6.77 acres of open space. The project also includes expansion of the existing vehicular and non-vehicular circulation system and utility improvements. The project would require a General Plan Amendment to change the site land use designations.
