Document Description
The project includes up to 290 high density residential units, 975 low density residential units, 237,838 SF of commercial uses, 16.06 acres of park uses, 6.77 acres of open space, and comprises a total of 258.29 acres of land. The project would require a General Plan Amendment to change approx. 121.67 acres of BIP to LDR uses; change approx. 70 acres of UR-BIP to LDR uses; change approx. 9.39 acres of UR-VLDR to LDR uses; change approx. 23.41 acres of CMU to LDR uses; change approx. 11.59 acres of BIP to HDR uses; maintain approx. 13.0 acres as GC; and maintain approx. 6.77 acres of OS. The project would require a rezone of the entire project site to a One-Family Dwelling Zoning District (R-1), Multiple Family Dwelling (R-3), GC, and OS.
