Description

Operate Hospital and Medical Office buildings totaling approx. 45,000 sq. ft. Services offered will include surgery, anesthesia, laboratory, radiological/imaging, phannaceutical, dietary, obstetrical, inpatient and outpatient services, and other medical services as needed. Caltrans would issue an encroachment permit for improvements within the State right-of-way, which includes construction of necessary road improvements for a new eastbound turn lane and road connection for Nagle St. Improvements within the state right-of-way would also include a waterline connection and new pipe from Nagle St. to the existing waterline located on the Northside of SR 299.
