Title: Westmorland Water Treatment Plant Improvements
Description: The City is proposing water treatment plant improvements that would include repairs and replacements to the canal turnout structure, sedimentation basin and finishing ponds, water treatment units, disinfection system, a new total trihalomethane (TTHM) reduction system, water storage facilities, pump stations, emergency generators, plant controls, and electrical system at the water treatment plant. In addition, existing valves, meters and fire hydrant assemblies in the water distribution system would be replaced and new water pipe loops provided.
