Document Description
The proposed water treatment plant improvements would include repairs and replacements to the canal turnout structure, sedimentation basin and finishing ponds, water treatment units, disinfection system, a new total trihalomethane reduction system, storage facilities, pump stations, plant controls, and electrical system at the water treatment plant. In addition, existing valves, meters, and fire hydrant assemblies in the water distribution system would be replaced and new water pipe loops provided.
