McClellan - Palomar Airport Master Plan Update

Description

The proposed action includes approval of the McClellan-Palomar Airport Master Plan update and certification of the Final Program Environmental Impact report (PEIR) . Environmental analysis of the D-III Alternative allows for a full review of the feasible alternatves discussed in the Final PEIR and proides CEQA analysis for alternatives with less environmental impacts including the Staff Recommended B-II Enhanced Alternative. When an individual Master Plan Update project is proposed, it will be examined using the Final PEIR to determine whether an additional environmental document must be prepared pursuant to CEQA Section 15168(c).
