The project includes approx. 25 acres of parks and open space, including 5 small neighborhood parks (3+ acres) and a large open space / active use area that will include community park uses, trails, open space, City well site, and a dog park. The project will connect to roadways in the adjacent City neighborhoods and to existing & planned utility systems. The project is consistent with the Vacaville General Plan adopted in August 2015.
