Document Description
A Specific Plan and related actions to allow 785 single family dwellings, 16 acre school site, 25 acres of active & passive open space, five small neighborhood parks, and a trial/pathway system connecting neighborhoods and adjacent areas. The project includes widening & improvements to Leisure Town Road (Jepson Parkway) and Fry Road, and includes a new arterial north/south roadway connecting to other new growth areas in Vacaville. The project is consistent with the City's General Plan, adopted on August 11, 2015. Specific actions requested are approval of a Specific Plan, Zone Change, Development Agreement, Tentative Subdivision Map, Planned Development, and other related development approvals,. The project requires annexation into the City and a reorganization request to LAFCO for boundary revisions (cemetery/irrigation/fire districts).
