Title: Navy Drive Widening
Description: Project consists of widening Navy Drive from two to four lanes. The total pavement width would be between 70 and 80 feet wide consisting of 1) four continuous 12-foot travel lanes, 2) a center turn lane between the Nave Drive/ Washington Street intersection and the Navy Drive/BNSF railroad underpass intersection to allow for turning into and out of business along that portion of Navy Drive, and 3) shoulders on both sides of Navy Drive ranging from 2 to four feet in width.
