Document Description
Project consists of widening Navy Drive from two to four lanes. The total pavement width would be between 70 and 80 feet wide consisting of 1) four continuous 12-foot travel lanes, 2) a center turn lane between the Nave Drive/ Washington Street intersection and the Navy Drive/BNSF railroad underpass intersection to allow for turning into and out of business along that portion of Navy Drive, and 3) shoulders on both sides of Navy Drive ranging from 2 to four feet in width.
