Description
Horizon Tower, LLC. ("Horizon") has filed with the Napa Valley Exposition for authority to engage in ground-disturbing activities and construction related to the installation of a communications tower and associated fiber optic cable and communications facilities. Horizon proposes to construct a 108-foot tall monopine telecommunications tower. Additionally, Horizon will install telecommunications ground equipment for local and national wireless carriers.
