Document Description
Horizon Tower proposes to construct a 108-foot tall monopine telecommunications tower at the subject property. Additionally, Horizon Tower proposed to install four 15-foot by 20-foot telecommunications equipment areas, H-frame with carrier meters, generator pad, and ice bridge within a 42-foot by 73-foot fenced, leased area. Power and telecommunications utilities will be installed from Juarez Street northwest approximately 350 feet to the leased area, 235 feet via overhead utility run and 115 feet in an underground utility trench. The underground utility trench would disturb an area approximately 5 feet wide.
