Description: CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0383-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, DAL/Edenbridge San Jose 8, L.P. Project includes installation of a bridge and storm drain outfall. A pre-cast bridge measuring 22 feet wide and 50 feet long will be installed over Golf Creek, above top of bank. The bridge will clear span the entire creek and be placed over the existing box culverts. Bridge piles will be cast in drilled hole concrete and abutments will be poured concrete. A new 12 inch storm drain outfall will be installed in the south wingwall. Trenching will occur and pipe will be laid between a new storm drain manhole and the wingwall.
