Description

College Boulevard is proposed to be widened to a 6-lane major arterial from Olive Drive to Old Grove Road, which would be consistent with the City of Oceanside's Circulation Element Year 2030 classification of College Boulevard. Expansion of the existing College Boulevard right-of-way (ROW) to accommodate proposed improvements would require ROW acquisition along segments of the corridor.
