Document Description
College Boulevard would is proposed to be widened to a six 6-lanes major arterial from Olive Drive to Old Grove Road, which would be consistent with the City of Oceanside's Circulation Element's Year 2030 classification of College Boulevard as a 6-lane major arterial. Along this section, the City proposes road and right-of-way improvements to the corridor to enhance existing and future traffic operations, provide congestion relief and reduce queue lengths, improve safety conditions for the unsignalized intersections and access points along the corridor, and provide safer travel routes for bicyclists and pedestrians.
