Description: The project is an application for a Use Permit for a zipline tour facility and associated welcome center. Four parcels totaling 40.5 acres on the south side of I-5 on Fenders Ferry Road would be the location of the Zip Tour and Adventure Park. One parcel on the north side of I-5 totaling 1.8 acres on Delta School Road is proposed for teh Welcome Center, guest parking area, and gear and vehicle storage.
