The objective of the Use Permit is to construct and operate a proprietary based, professionally guided zipline canopy tour and adventure course on five currently undeveloped parcels of land. Four parcels totaling 40.5 acres south of I-5 on Fenders Ferry Road will be developed with the zipline tour and adventure park. One parcel totaling 1.8 acres north of I-5 is proposed for the welcome center, guest parking, gear and vehicle storage.
