2015 Tehama-Colusa Canal Authority Water Transfers
Description
The Tehama-Colusa Canal Authority (TCCA) and its Member Units will experience severe water shortages in 2015 and are soliciting willing sellers to transfer water. A number of entities have expressed interest in transferring water to the Member Units of the TCCA. The water would be made available for transfer through cropland idling, crop shifting, and groundwater substitution.
