- CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2015-0262-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, Kwablah Attiogbe/Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District. The project is limited to the pruning of 12 trees, coppicing one tree, removal of 11 fallen tree trunks, removal of 23 hazardous trees, and removal of ivy from at least 44 trees from an extensive forest of large, mature blue gum eucalyptus which dominate the lowland, urban reach of this creek's riparian corridor.
