Description
A Waiver of Waste Discharge Requirements for certain wastewater and residual solids discharges to land from small food processing operations, small wineries, and certain agricultural processing operations. A discharger regulated by the waiver could discharge of up to 1,000,000 gallons of process wastewater per year to irrigate crops or landscaped areas. The waiver would also regulate the use of the associated residual solids as a soil amendment on cropped or landscaped areas. The Waiver renews a prior waiver and expands its applicably to a maximum allowable discharge of 1,000,000 gallons of wastewater per year.
