Description: Proposed changes include: Expansion of an existing direct transfer facility under a registration tier permit and incorporation of a chipping and grinding operation under an Enforcement Agency Notification to a full Solid Waste Facilities Permit; Increase in permitted tonnage from 349 tons per day (149 tons per day transfer/processing and 200 tons per day green material) to 500 tons per day for all materials received; Increase in vehicles from 54 total vehicles per day to 136 vehicles per day; Increase in permitted area from 0.5 acres to 5 acres; Relocate the chipping and grinding operation; and receipt of co-collected green waste with food waste.
