The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) is a responsible agency for this project. SWRCB's Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SDWSRF) Program is providing state funds for the project. The County of Fresno Service Area No. 49 proposes to conduct a feasibility study to determine if consolidation, treatment, or construcion of an aeration/mixing tank will remediate disinfection byproducts exceedance.
