- Reestablish Sacramento River access by construction, use, and maintenance of a two-lane boat launch ramp, two boarding floats, a gangway plank, a guide cable with anchor, and riprap; and the conversion of an existing single-lane boat launch ramp into a non-motorized boat launch ramp. The State Lands Commission action is an amendment of a 20-year General Lease - Public Agency Use for the above activities.
