- NOTE: Review Extended Per Lead The proposed Project would involve demolition of an existing 7,103 sf single-story office building and construction of a 6-story residential and retail mixed-use building. At completion, the proposed Project would have a gross floor area of 65,255 sf, including 6,026 sf of ground floor retail space, and the remaining space allocated to residential units and residential-serving uses including a leasing office and laundry rooms. Six automobile parking spaces would be provided for the proposed retail uses, and two parking spaces would be supplied on-site for residential uses. Additionally, there would be 140 bike racks in the bike storage room on the first floor and five bike racks on the sidewalk in front of the site.
