Document Description
The project proposes construction of a six-story building containing 65 residential units, and 5,652 sf of ground floor retail space and residential-serving uses including a leasing office and laundry rooms. The gross floor area (GFA) of the project would total 66,528 sf. While no automobile parking would be supplied on-site for residential uses, there will be 8 automobile parking spaces provided for proposed retail uses. The project proposes 54 bicycle parking spaces for the residential units and 12 bicycle parking spaces provided for the retail component.
