- Resolution and Initial Study. Sierra College proposes to develop two projects identified in the Sierra College Rocklin Campus Facilities Master Plan (FMP): the Student Housing Project and Applied Technology Center (ATC) Modernization Project (projects). The Student Housing Project is a 3 to 4-story student housing building. The ATC Modernization Project would modernize the existing automotive technology and woods/metals technology instructional buildings. The Student Housing Project would construct a three to four story student residence hall.
