The proposed project is the certification and adoption of the Sierra College, Rocklin Campus Facilities Master Plan. The EIR will provide project level analysis for near-term projects to occur within 5 years of adoption, and program level analysis for long term projects to occur 5+ years to 20 years of adoption.
