- The overall Project consists of a phased development of recreational access, trail improvements with recreational facilities including; parking areas, restrooms, picnic tables, access stairways and ramps, interpretive signage kiosks, an approximately 1.25-mile long recreational trail, expansion of existing park facilities, and a non-motorized boat launch ramp and fishing/observation dock within a 1.25 mile open space corridor along the north bank of the Tuolumne River. The State Lands Commission action is an approval of a 25-year General Lease - Public Agency Use through April 22, 2040.
