The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project applicant, City of Merced. The Project involves the construction of a 160-foot by 10-foot boat ramp on the north bank of the Tuolumne River within the City of Waterford's River Park.
